HREA provides comprehensive development services beginning with the acquisition phase and continuing through the final construction of the project. We have the experience and market knowledge to build quality projects and lease them effectively through actively marketing and managing the lease up phase to ensure the proper tenant mix.

HREA has developed a property identification system that works with realtors locally and in surrounding states that enables us to identify development opportunities. Once a development opportunity has been identified we work with property owners, local planning and zoning departments and land planners/surveyors to bring the best possible project design to our developments.

Once our real estate team has begun developing a project we work directly with our investors/partners to keep them up to date on all aspects of the development phase regarding construction, leasing and sales of out parcels. Our staff has the real estate and financial expertise to work for our investors and bring them the best possible return on their investment. At HREA, we value our strong relationships with our equity partners, and we realize that they make our success possible.

One of our most recent projects is The Shoppes at Cedarcrest Commons, a 21,000 square foot retail shopping center located in northeast Paulding County. Additionally, Sanctuary Park West, a 43,000 square foot low-rise office park with a 15,000 square foot fitness center located in West Cobb, is scheduled to begin development in early 2009.
